Money-back guarantee and returns
The seller offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Its return policy allows goods to be sent back within 30 calendar days of receipt; items must be sealed in their original packaging, unopened, unused and fit for resale.
Contact customer service by email before sending anything back, so the return can be matched to your order. Return postage paid by the customer is not refunded. Once the parcel has arrived and been checked, the seller refunds the amount paid within a maximum of 15 days.
Returns from the United Kingdom leave the EU, so the customer pays every related cost, including postage, customs clearance, import duties and VAT. The seller asks for parcels to be marked "Returned Goods – No Commercial Value" and may refuse a parcel that arrives with unpaid charges. A damaged item should be reported with photos within 7 days of delivery.
Delivery and cancelling an order

Parcels travel with PostNL and are handed to the local postal service for the last mile; a tracking link is emailed when the order ships. For deliveries outside the EU/EEA, the shipping policy states that any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees, where they apply, are the responsibility of the customer.
To cancel, email customer service with the subject "Cancellation" and your order number as soon as possible. Orders usually ship the same day, so the seller cannot promise that every order can still be stopped.
